Taj71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. That said, account actions are typically taken for the following reasons.

• For violating the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• For involvement in any prohibited activity.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. If closed due to prohibited activity, all balances will be forfeited. Users may also close their own account by contacting support.
